ID XXX for the Flexfield Segment Transaction Condition Class Does Not Exist in the Valu Set JLZZ_AR_TX_TRANSACTION_ATTR_CLASS (Doc ID 3002155.1)

Customer is creating internal order from iProcurement. Customer created PO with Transaction Condition Class= XXX. In Item Master, the Transaction Condition Class is defined as YYY.

After internal order is imported, when querying the order created, the following error pops up on the Sales Order form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Submit Order Import program to import internal order.
3. Navigate to Sales Order form and query for the order created, see error.


The issue occurs after upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10. Per changes done in Bug 27623903, system is fetching value only from inventory item master if the value is not modified or is null at requisition (Iproc).
