Symptoms
After Changing the Apps and Weblogic Server password All the services are started Except oafm_server. Getting the Below Error when trying to start the oafm_server
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Changed the APPS Password
2. Changed the Weblogic Password
3. Unable to start the oafm_server
Changes
Updated the EBS APPS and Weblogic Server Password.
