iReceivables Error When Paying Invoices: ORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function Returned Without Value ORA-06512 APPS.AR_IREC_PAYMENTS (Doc ID 3002541.1)

Symptoms

When trying to pay invoices in Oracle iReceivables, the following error occurs if 'All Organizations' is selected.  If an individual organization is selected, there is no error:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function returned without value
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AR_IREC_PAYMENTS", line 7146

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: iReceivables 2.0 Internal or iReceivables Account Management
Navigation: Customer Search

  1. From the Accounts tab, select 'All Organizations' in the Organization field
  2. Select one or more invoices and click on Pay to get the error
