Order Lines Are Not Getting Imported in Same Order from Interface Tables While Running Order Import (Doc ID 3002543.1)

Symptoms

Order lines are not getting imported in same order from interface tables as specified by ORIG_SYS_LINE_REF. The order lines are getting imported in random pattern not in the pattern which was there in source or interface tables.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Run Order Import program to import order line. Check the line number generated.
