Symptoms

CAMT Bank Statement Loader getting errored with below error

SQLCODE:-22288 Sqlerrm :ORA-22288: file or LOB operation FILEOPEN failed
No such file or directory

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cash Management responsibility>View>Other>Submit new request
2. Submit Bank Statement Loader program
3. Error occurred
