Symptoms

While adding value for state Haryana in user table IN_LWF_CONTRIBUTION_AMOUNT getting below error

APP-PAY-07038: A value already exists for this row and column.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India HRMS Manager > Other Definitions > Table Values
2. Query for user table IN_LWF_CONTRIBUTION_AMOUNT
3. Add value for state Haryana and save
