Re-Checking The "Deliver To Inventory" Checkbox After Revising Charge Account Fails To Reset Account Back To Default (Doc ID 3003147.1)

Goal

Why does the charge account not default after un-checking the Deliver-To Inventory checkbox?

1. iProcurement > Shop > Shop for inventory item
2. Add to Cart > View Cart and Checkout
3. Click Checkout button > Checkout: Requisition Information
4. Billing region > Edit Charge Account > Click Apply
Note: For Deliver-To Inventory checkbox to display, iProcurement Preferences must be enabled for "Deliver-To Subinventory" checkbox in iProcurement Preferences Delivery region.
5. Checkout: Requisition Information > Uncheck Deliver-To Inventory checkbox
6. Charge account fails to re-default to expected charge account
