Symptoms
When attempting to run the GMF Recreate Batch / Period Layers concurrent request
the following error occurs in the log file.
ERROR: ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource While Remigrating layer data.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigate to Reports > Standard > Run
3. Use List of Values to find request - GMF Recreate Batch / Period Layers. Enter in parameters and submit.
