Symptoms

Negative Encumbrance it is shown in Award Status Inquiry(FORM).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. With a Grants responsibility go to Awards Status (FORM) =>Identify the award with issue press Project Status (button)=>
2. In the Project Status (FORM), notice the negative encumbrance under the field 'PO Enc'.
