When submitting a Point of Sale Batch the user receives a workflow error notification with the error message

"ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error in Package OZF_Claim_Accrual_PVT Procedure".

The error occurs when executing the following steps:

Channel Revenue Management Responsibility >Indirect Sales Management > POS > Import Batch

1) Upload a Point of Sale(POS) batch
2) Initiate payment for the POS batch
