In Oracle Warehouse Management System, user reported an issue with cycle count task not being dispatched to the user
 when the user signed on to the device associated with the cycle count business event.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In Oracle Warehouse Management System, Cycle count task should get dispatched to the user when user signed on to the device associated with Cycle count business event

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Go to Warehouse Management Responsibility -> counting tasks in LEAN1 exist.
2.Go to : Directed Tasks > Counting> Sign on with WHL1B but not with WHL1A
3.Get no tasks
4.Sign on to WHL1A
5.Now user get a CC task dispatched
