Deductions Report is Missing Deductions for One or More Employees (Doc ID 3004342.1)

Symptoms

Element Result Listing report does not match with Deductions Report.  It is found that there are deductions missing or incorrect on the Deductions Report.

For example:

Assignment 1234 is not showing in the Deductions Report, but is on the Element Result Listing.

Assignment 4567 amounts do not match between the Element Result Listing and Deductions Report.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

From US HRMS Manager responsibility, after payroll is processed:

1. Run Element Results Listing report

    Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

2. Run Deduction Report

    Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

3. Compare report output and find discrepancies.
