Symptoms

When try to run the PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices for Single Project,
unable to see the Indirect Projects list in Project Number parameter List of Value (LOV)

 Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Projects Responsibility.
Run the Request PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices for Single Project.
Check the Project Number Parameter LOV.
