R12: GL: GLXJEENT: When Attempting to Create a New Journal in General Ledger (GL), Form Throws HEADER.default_row Procedure Raised Unhandled Exception (Doc ID 3004814.1)

When attempting to create a new journal in GL and clicking on the "New Journal" button, the following error appears.

HEADER.default_row procedure raised unhandled exception

ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to General Ledger Custom Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Journals > Enter.

3. Click on New Journal button and the error message appears.
