After a successful migration of an Apps 11i database to the new tablespace model using OATM (Oracle Application Tablespace Migration utility), the application starst up fine, but several activities fail with the error:
ORA-25207 - enqueue failed, queue %s.%s is disabled from enqueueing
For example, some errors are:
- when updating a profile option, the error looks like:
FRM-40735: POST-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-25207.
- when trying to change the maintenance mode to "ENABLE" with adadmin, the error looks like:

ORA-20000: ORA-25207: enqueue failed, queue APPLSYS.WF_ERROR is disabled from enqueueing
ORA-25207: enqueue failed, queue APPLSYS.WF_ERROR is disabled from enqueueing
Failed to call the procedure fnd_apps_mode_util.set_to_maintenance_mode while enablin maintenance mode.
