Symptoms
When processing a return POS transaction, the remaining amount on a SCAN_DATA offer is updated to zero after a return POS transaction against a SPR is processed into a claim.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Identify a SCAN_DATA offer that has funds remaining.
2. Process a return POS transaction against the same agreement name / offer.
3. Validate the claim utilization amount and the offer remaining amount.
