Symptoms

After applying the Enterprise Command Center (ECC) patches, GL ECC Account Analysis Dashboard, when clicking any Account code opens up a blank page in Account Inquiry screen.
Cannot navigate to GL Journal forms from ECC command center dashboards, version ECC , to Network Diagram - Journal Node Actions - Account Inquiry, as described in GL User Guide.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Ledger Super User responsibility
2. Click General Ledger Command Center
3. Click Account Analysis Dashboard
4. Click Period Activities by Chart of Accounts Under Account Code Column
5. Click any Account Code
6. Network Diagram not appear
7. No Data appear in Account Inquiry screen
