Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Workflow Mailer
After upgrade from 12.1.x/12.2.x to 12.2.x, Workflow Mailer configuration fails with
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade EBS from 12.1.x/12.2.x to 12.2.x
2. Try configuring Workflow Notification mailer
3. While saving the mailer configuration error occurs.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive email notification which caused delay in business approvals.
