Symptoms
In Oracle iProcurement, when attempting to perform a punchout to a supplier site,
the following error message is shown.
ERROR
DIGI-KEY US07: The connection to the supplier website cannot be established.

1. Log into iProcurement responsibility
2. Navigate to Stores
3. Click on the link for the punchout store that has the issue.
3. Error message is shown
