"Your Attachment Could Not Be Scanned For Viruses" when testing ICAP Virus Detection (Doc ID 3006204.1)

Symptoms

After setting up Virus Scan software using ICAP, you receive the following error when uploading an attachment on an Oracle Application Framework Page:

Your attachment could not be scanned for Viruses


The configuration is set up using the following profile options setup in System Administrator->Profile->System:

FND_DISABLE_VIRUS_SCAN: No
FND_ANTIVIRUS_SOFTWARE: ICAP
FND_ANTIVIRUS_SERVER: <Domain Name>:<Port>:<Service Name>
