Problem Statement:

From Payroll Dashboard Of Payroll ECC, only minimum data is seen. Data like 'Assignment Count by Payroll' under 'Current Period - Payroll' and other expected data is not visible.

Note: The required setups are all in place and Payroll Dashboard is accessed via Payroll Command Center attached to a custom responsibility. The seeded process 'Payroll ECC Data Load' is also completed without any issue/error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Responsibility: HRMS/Payroll Manager

2. Navigate to Payroll Command Center > Payroll Dashboard

3. Expected data is not visible
