In Self Service Leave of Absence Page, When trying to launch the "Entitlement Balances" tab, following error and subsequent exception log appears

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: An error has occurred in a user defined function at line 454 of the formula EHC_PTO_PAYROLL_BALANCE_CALCULATION. The error text associated with the
function call is: ORA-1858 occurred at line 106 of formula EHC_PTO_PAYROLL_PERIOD_ACCRUAL

Cause: Whilst executing PL/SQL, an Oracle error occurred. The line
number and line position, are given where available

Action: Please refer to your system administrat.

Please correct the problem with the function call, or contact your system

STEPS FOR ISSUE REPRODUCTION:
-----------------------------------------------------

1. Login using "Employee Self Service" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to function "Absence Management".

3. In the opened up page, when visiting the tab "Entitlement Balances", got the above error message.

4. When opening the exception log using the "Click Here" link on the error message, got the above exception log displayed.
