French Localization: “Authentication failed” Error When Trying To Export the Output of the French Accounting Entries Audit File in Text Format (Doc ID 3006752.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export the output of the "French Accounting Entries Audit File" in text format,
the following error is displayed in the report output:

Authentication failed.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to GL Localization responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Run "French Accounting Entries Audit File".
4. Click on "View Output" and observe the error displayed.
