Symptoms

 Using the document "Supplement for Grade/Step Progression" (Doc ID: 263482.1) to set up Grade/Step Progression functionality. Page 1-11 of the document indicates that 'Person Changes' should be set up for the Grade/Step Progression Life Event. However, the 'Person Changes' button on the Life Event Reasons form is grayed out, not available for this life event.
