Symptoms

While trying to Maintain Forecast Version for a project the following error is displayed:
 

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

The error  details shown in the log:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.
Statement:
SELECT * FROM (SELECT rlm.alias,
rlm.resource_id,
rlm.resource_list_member_id,
rlm.object_id,
...


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. With a Projects Responsibility go to Projects: Delivery => Search Projects ( OAF)
2. Financial: Budgets and Forecasts (OAF)
3. Press on Maintain Forecast Versions
4.Notice the error
