Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Changing the SYSADMIN password using the FNDCPASS utility.
2. Below errors generated:
Oracle error -29548: ORA-29548: Java system class reported: release of Java system classes in the database (19.0.0.0.230718 1.8) does not match that of the oracle executable (19.0.0.0.220118 1.8) - USER ( APPS ) has been detected in FND_WEB_SEC.GET_OP_VALUE
