Why Is Max Schedule Ship Date(SSD) Not Considered For Lines In Ship Set If SSD Is Manually Changed? (Doc ID 3007539.1)

User has multi-selected lines and placed them in same ship set where the Max Schedule Ship Date(SSD) is populated for all lines in the ship set.

If the user changes one line in this same ship set that does NOT have the Max SSD to a different schedule ship date then the same SSD is reflected on
all lines in the ship set even if it was NOT the Max SSD.

For example:

If there are 3 lines in a ship set (added by multi-select) with SSD as 1st Nov, 15th Nov, 1st Dec
then system will update the SSD to 1st Dec for all lines as it is the Max SSD for all 3 lines in ship set.

This MAX SSD behavior works only once.

Using the same 3 lines in same ship set and user changes the SSD for one line to 25th Oct, then all lines in the ship set now reflect 25th Oct for the SSD.

Is this intended functionality?
