The Total Amount On The Edit And Submit Page Is Not Equal To The Total Amounts On The Respective Requistion Pages (Doc ID 3007735.1)

Symptoms

The Edit and Submit page does not show the same total amount as other requisition pages' totals.
The Edit and Submit page does show the same total amount as the totals on other respective requisition pages.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into E-Business Suite.
2. Open iProcurement responsibility. Under the My Requisitions section, a requisition total shows 1541.52.
3. Open the incomplete requisition and expand to see all the lines. The requisition total is 1541.52.
4. Open the Edit and Submit page for the requisition. The requisition total is 1541.51

Changes

 The issue occurs after upgrading to Release 12.2.12.
