When attempting to process invoicing the following error occurs.
RA_INTERFACE_SALESCREDITS_ALL is missing for below interface_line_id


You Must Supply Sales Credit Assignments for This Transaction Because the System Option Requires Salesreps Is Set to Yes

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Query Sales Order 
3. Line  > Line ID> Closed > Shipped
4. Invoice Interface Errors Line > Interface Line ID > Line ID > Invalid Qty
