Symptoms
Unable to login to iSupplier (DMZ) Production application
After applying a patch in production the following errors are present in the jserver logs in DMZ (iSupplier) and users are not able to login to the application.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Click on URL to external node server
2. Click on Self Service login
3. Enter username/password
4. Two Factor Authorization is invoked and SMS text message sent to user
5. Enter one time code and then the reported error is encountered
