IGT Performances Not Creating AP Transactions Because Performance Push Fail ORA-01422 (Doc ID 3008630.1)

Symptoms

When running Intragovernmental Performance Integration to Payables Program, IGT Performances not creating Payables transactions because Performance Push fails with error ORA-01422

  ERROR
  -----------------------
  WF Event Error ORA-01422 exact fetch returns more than requested number of row
  po_IGT_PERF_IMPORT_PKG.RECEIVE_PERF
  Event Name Oracle.apps.po.igt.pushPerformance


Concurrent program output shows:

No Pending Invoicing records found for org_id , po header id *invoice type transaction status, 2846274STD INVPending Invoicing


STEPS
-----------------------
 1. In PO G-Invoicing Budget Analyst Responsibility
 2. Go to Requests and choose to run concurrent program 'Intragovernmental Performance Integration to Payables Program'
 3. Enter the relevant parameters
 4. Program completes normal but with result:
      "...No Pending Invoicing records found for org_id , po header id *invoice type transaction status, 2846274STD INVPending Invoicing"
 5. Error notification is sent to SYSADMIN with the WF Event Error ORA-01422 above
