When Trying to Transact an Ingredient in a Batch That Is on More Than One Line, Get Error "APP-INV-05407 Quantity Will Drive Inventory Negative" (Doc ID 3008638.1)

Symptoms

Issue occurs when there are two ingredient lines for the same item.
Both ingredient lines have detailed reservations.
There is a small amount of additional onhand qty that is available for reservations and transactions.

When attempting to transact, the following error occurs.

APP-INV- 05407: Quantity will drive inventory negative

STEPS
-------

1. From Production Supervisor responsibility, go to Batch Details and retrieve the batch.
2. Click on the first line with the ingredient and click the Transact Material button.
3. Click the Transact checkbox, then on the top section of the form click on the other line that has the ingredient.
4. The error displays.

Note that the issue occurs even after applying <patch 34818732:R12.INV.C>.
