System throwing error while trying to create Tax type code

Tax Type Code can not be duplicated across regimes
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Financials of India.
2. Navigate to Tax Configuration -> Tax Type ->Try to create a Tax type.
3. Notice the given error.
