Symptoms

While interfacing RMA Receipt transaction to Install Base, below error occurs

ERROR

Line End Date is not during contract effectivity. Please enter a valid date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Oracle Installed Base Admin responsibility

2) Open the Transaction Errors Processing form

3) Query with the transaction id XX

4) Select the Process Flag just to the left of the error

5) Navigate to Others -> Requests.

6) Submit the concurrent program "Resubmit Interface Process" with parameter Selected
