R12: XTR: Swift ID Not Populated in Counterparty Setup Form and Cannot Be Manually Added (Doc ID 3009317.1)

Symptoms

The Swift ID field is not populated in Counterparty setup screen and cannot be manually added.

STEPS

1. Go to Treasury responsibility > Setup > Parties > Counterparty Profile.
2. Query a counterparty profile corresponding to a Bank Branch from Cash Management.
3. Notice that the Swift ID field is empty and and not editable.
