ICD Attachments Not Appearing In Approved Notification. (Doc ID 3010120.1)

Symptoms

Individual Compensation Distribution (ICD) Attachments are not appearing in Approval FYI Notification.
During ICD award submission, documents were attached prior to approval.
Verified that the attached documents were saved on the employee profile after the approval.
But the attachments are not visible in the FYI Notification email.

It is expected that the attachments to be visible in the FYI Email Notification

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manager Self-Service > Individual Compensation Distribution
2. Enter the ICD element amount, and provide attachments to support the award.
3. The ICD element award is approved by the manager.
4. In reviewing the FYI Notification Email, the provided attachments are not visible.
