Symptoms

When quantity is changed on quote, an error occurs

ERROR

Exception during Batch Validation Phase Executing SET Quantity to YYY on XXXX
Exception: oracle.apps.cz.dio.DataAccessError: Result set already closed


STEPS
1. Go to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Quoting User Responsibility
3. Navigate to Quote > Dashboard > HTML Quoting Dashboard
4. Query for Quote > Try to change the quantity
5. Error appears on the HTML/JSP page
