Symptoms

When attempting to calculate tax the following error occurs :

Payables could not calculate tax due to: Unable to determine the Country code for the Location id: XXX and Location type: SHIP_TO

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to Payable Responsibility > Invoice > Entry > Invoice
Query Invoice > its lines, distributions
Save changes
Click on Action>Calculate tax
