Symptoms

When trying to reconcile transactions using Cash Management (CE) command center, the following error occurs:

Reconciliation process failedApplication: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Cash Management Manager

2. Open CE command center

3. To to available transactions

4. Try to reconcile transactions
