In the process of termination quote creation, when validating the quote and quote validation messages are beyond 200 characters,
the following error occurs.

Error: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package OKL_AM_TERMNT_QUOTE_PVT Procedure run_qa_qq

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using Lease Super user Responsibility, navigate to lease.
2. Go to Asset management tab > termination quotes.
3. Create a full termination quote with validation message beyond 200 chars.
4. Click on validate and receive the error.
