Order Line Is Stuck with Line Workflow in Ship - Line, Manual Error as Order Line Booked Flag Is N (Doc ID 3010796.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Transaction Control

When attempting to Progress Order Line after Booking, the line does not progress. Workflow for the line is in error.
Upon running 'Retry Activities in Error' errors are observed in the Log.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
3. Open the Sales Order Form
4. Query the Order Reported > Lines Tab > Select the Stuck Line
5. Tools > Workflow Status
6. Observe the above error in the Workflow Status Monitor
7. Upon running 'Retry Activities in Error' errors are observed in the Log.
