Encountering an error while cancelling an AP invoice

APP-SQLAP-4667483: Error encountered while synchronizing tax distributions for this invoice

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payable responsibility
2. Invoices > Inquiry > Query the Invoice
3. Try to cancel the Invoice
