Symptoms

No data is visible on the ECC Receivables Dashboards.

The Receivables Command Center Data Load program ended in error:

There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule AR_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset ar-trx for job 23,106  There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule AR_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset ar-trx for job 23,106 exception details:
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00903: invalid table name


Steps to reproduce

1. Receivables > Receivables command center > No data seen on dashboards

2. Go to Requests > Run > Receivables Command Center Data Load program

3. Program ends in error
