Symptoms

Getting below XML response message when pushing Order to G-Invoicing

"ValidationFailedException message = Order start date is not within GTC Agreement Dates"

Reproducible steps
------------------
1. Create Order with start date and end date exactly same as start date and end date of GT&C
2. Push Order to G-Invoicing by running 'Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program'
3. 'Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program' failed with exception "ValidationFailedException message = Order start date is not within GTC Agreement Dates" captured in response_xml



Changes

 Upgraded to PO_IGT_ORDER.xml version 120.0.12020000.29
