Symptoms

How to create amount range withholding tax code with more than 9 digit to create amount range withholding tax code with rate as below:
1. 0-120.000.000: 2.5%
2. 120.000.000-500.000.000: 7.5%
3. 500.000.000-1.000.000.000: 12,5%
4. 1.000.000.000-10.000.000.000: 15%
5. >10.000.000.000: 17.5%

when insert amount 10.000.000.000 with message "Field must be of form FM9G999G999G990D00PT"

FRM-40209: FIELD MUST BE OF FORM FM9G999G999G990D00PT




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Payables Responsibility
2. Setup -> Tax -> Codes
3. Define a new Withholding Tax and go to the Withholding Tax details
4. Define the withholding tax as follows:
 
Rate Structure: AMOUNT RANGES
Tax Authority: your tax authority
Site: your site
Amount Basis: Gross Amount
Period Basis: Invoice
 
5. Go to the tax rates zone:
 
Type: Standard

Amount from: 1,000,000,000.00
Amount to: 10000000000 =====> YOU GET THE ERROR FRM-40209
