Depot Repair: Unable to Create a Job with 'Change Part' Action (Doc ID 3011423.1)

Symptoms


Unable to create a job with 'Change Part' action from Depot Repair.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Depot Repair Management responsibility.
2. Create a Service Order.
3. Go to Logistics tab and receive customer product.
4. Create Job from Jobs tab.
5. Enter the job item.
6. Set the Job Action to 'Change Part'.
Job item information disappears and user is not able to proceed with creating the job.
