When running PARGDR: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects the following errors appear in the log:

Cursor 1: ORA-20001: Exception in get_participation_percent extension : OR
...error during event api processing project.
PA: Error in main.

The Events Summary form displays a Revenue Rejection Reason = No Funding/Hard Limit for each of the events listed.


1. Create Working Capital Fund (WCF) project and task.
2. Create 2 Intragovernmental Transactions (IGT) orders in the Requesting Agency (RA) $100 and $200 respectively, use the project from step1.
3. Approve and send the order to Servicing Agency (SA).
4. Process the order in SA and associate the project created in step 1.
5. Update the agreement, complete the baseline and funding on both orders from step 2.
6. Push both orders from SA to RA.
7. Now the 2 IGT orders are in an open status.
8. Add cost to the project created in step 1.
9. Interface the cost to Projects if a Payable invoice is used.
10. Run PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects.
