Screen Get Hang-Up For Few Minutes When Tried To Login To Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) After Drop Connection From Same User (Doc ID 3011916.1)

Symptoms

Post dropping connection (Actively or passively) unable to login into MSCA using the same account on particular dispatcher port. Thereby have to wait for few minutes before login again.

Ideally, after connection drop, immediately must be able to re-login to same user without any issues.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MSCA
2. Click on three dots in upper right corner of screen and end the connection using "Drop connection" option
3. Try to re-login to same user, it will hang-up and unable to login
