Symptoms

When click Apply after updating Contact field on Account Site Business Purpose: Bill To page, for an inactive site use, the following error occurs:

You cannot select an inactive record as the primary: Site Use. Please either activate this record or revert it back as not primary


Steps to reproduce
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers
1. Search for customer account > Click on Details at account level
2. Click on Account Sites details > Go to Business Purposes Tab
3. Change LOV to show Inactive > Click on Details > Null out Contact field
4. Click Apply button
