Warranties are not Being Created from Sales Orders (Doc ID 3012219.1)

Symptoms

Warranties are not being created after fulfilling the Sales Order and Interfacing the IB lines.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a Sales Order for a Item having a Warranty on the BOM.
2. Process the Sales Order until the Item Instance is created.
3. Check for associated Contracts (i.e. the Warranty). Find it was not created.
